Customer Service - If you have any questions regarding our products or your order, please email us through our contact page. Our customer service team is available Monday to Friday from 11am to 6pm CET/CEST time (UTC+1), weekends and holidays excluded. While we try to respond to all inquiries on the same day, some requests may require up to 48 hours.
Order - Once a purchase has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email outlining the details of your order. After the order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, which will include invoice and tracking details.
Shipping - Orders may be shipped within 4 business days from the order iteself. Usually, we manage to ship them within 1 day, or even the same day. We use Poste Italiane, so the parcel will be delivered by your local postal service or their partners.
Delivery Times - Starting from that moment, orders are usually delivered within 2 working days in Italy, within 5 working days in EU and within 12 working days in the rest of the world.
For remote destinations, or in some busy parts of the year, or even for random custom controls or just plain forwarder mistakes, delivery may occasionally take more.
Item Availability - ATD Supply ensures that stock availability online matches our inventory on hand. If for some reason an item purchased is not in stock, you will immediately receive an email notification and your order will be refunded.
Order Cancellation - ATD Supply reserves the right to cancel any orders suspected of fraudulent activity. Any orders cancelled as a result of this will be notified by email, and will be refunded in full. To avoid order cancellation, we suggest purchasing with PayPal where additional screening is already in place.
International Orders - ATD Supply is not responsible for customs delays, duties or import fees associated with receiving your order. Should you refuse to pay duties/taxes, your order will be returned to us and you will be credited for the full amount you paid, less full shipping costs. If the company will be charged for any custom duty for the inbound items, these costs will be deducted from the refund itself (a receipt will be shown). We are not responsible for currency fluctuations and we'll refund the exact amount we received in Euro.
Returns - Items can be returned for a refund getting in touch within 10 days from delivery date.
In order for the refund to be issued, they must be in new condition, unused, with all original tags attached and, for bags with a frame, they should not be bent or folded into a shipping box or bag.
Once the items are received and inspected, if they comply with the above mentioned conditions, a full refund is provided in the same form as the original payment, while original shipping costs are not refunded. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to be processed once an item has been delivered to our facility and it can take 2-3 more days (depending on the payment method) to receive funds.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please use a shipping service that can provide tracking information and proof of delivery. ATD Supply is not responsible for goods lost or damaged during shipping.

We offer no return or exchange on items purchased through Pre-Order, Crowdfunding campaigns and for samples, remnants, seconds and custom made products. Pre-orders are final.
Please get in touch with us before shipping in order to receive return address (billing address does not work for returns) and instructions to reduce the risk of unwanted custom fees.
We will not accept returns without being contacted in advance, returns sent to the wrong address or involving fees if this was not agreed before shipping.
Warranty - Our lifetime warranty covers manufacture and materials related defects. For any issue that is not caused by noticeable misuse or normal wear and tear, just drop us a line and we will fix or replace your damaged item.
