ASP Sling Pouches

A cheat code for EDC and travel

The ASP is a modular, lightweight and weather resistant sling / pouch that works as a travel pouch, tech organizer, EDC pouch, Toiletry bag or compact crossbody bag.

These are a cheat code for everyday carry and travel, especially one-bag travel: use them as pouches to store your cables and tech accessories, as dopp kit for your toiletry or to carry your EDC tools: stretch internal organization makes it easy to reach your stuff and the loops on the bottom allow you to carry additional gear using shock cord or paracord.

The Carry System 

These pouches are great both when combined to a main bag and as a standalone companion for your adventures: hang them into our ATD2 Backpack, ATD1 Backpack or ARB Tote Bag using our Pouch Link to keep your Everyday Essentials secured but at hand when traveling to your destination, then quickly turn them into a sling bag adding a Modular Shoulder Strap - 1', a Modular Shoulder Strap - Cord, or a Simple Shoulder Strap once arrived (not included). The angle formed by the strap attachments makes the sling comfortable to be carried both cross body and at the waist, as a fanny pack.

Materials and Specs 

• Outer Fabric: Challenge Sailcloth Ecopak® EPLX200. A waterproof laminate of 200d fabric, X Ply net and RUV film, all made out of 100% post consumer recycled textured Polyester.
• Lining Fabric: Challenge Sailcloth RBC®200. A 200d plain wave, post consumer recycled Polyester, PU coated and impregnated with eco-friendly C0 DWR treatment.
• Webbing: Mil-spec 1’ nylon webbing.
• Zippers: YKK 8mm zippers.
• Padding: 5mm, closed cell Evazote® 50 foam.

Product Care 

Clean your pouch with mild detergent and line dry it away from direct sunlight. Do not use fabric softeners or bleach, don’t machine wash or tumble dry it. Outer DWR treatment may wear off over time but it is easily restorable with spray coatings for outdoor gear.
