The ARB is a versatile roll top tote bag with expandable volume, designed for both travel and everyday carry or commuting.

Convenient for both EDC and travel, this is a roomy, expandable tote bag for the modern office, the night out, the weekend escape, the grocery trip or the day at the beach or park. Plus, with a pass through that makes it rolling luggage compatibile, it is a perfect companion to a bigger bag when traveling.

Use it for a laptop and daily essentials on the way to work, carry groceries on the way home, bring it along for a weekend away, slide it over a rolling suitcase handle for longer trips or use it around town when you want something lighter and easier to access than a backpack.

A small evolution of an old ATD idea

The ARB comes from a simple roll top tote bag we originally designed for a shop in Milan. After the first version was sold, friends and customers kept asking for it to come back.

The current ARB started from a simple idea: make a tote for people who do not necessarily think of themselves as tote users. Something clean and understated enough for everyday use, but with enough flexibility and organization to become useful when the day gets less predictable.
The bag is made to be used and keeps the understated look of the ATD family with its minimalist exterior and discreet branding.

100% Post-consumer recycled fabrics for real sustainability
Fabrics are laser-cut (almost unique in the bags industry) to reduce the risk of fraying.

Security: quick access zipper on the back panel keeps your gear accessible to you without unrolling the top, while making casual access considerably harder for peace of mind in crowded areas.

Outer Fabric: Challenge Sailcloth Ecopak® EPLX200. A waterproof laminate of 200d fabric, X Ply net and RUV film, all made out of 100% post consumer recycled textured Polyester.
Lining Fabric: Challenge Sailcloth RBC®200. A 200d plain wave, post consumer recycled Polyester, PU coated and impregnated with eco-friendly C0 DWR treatment.
Webbing: Mil-spec 1’, 2' and tubular nylon webbing.
Zippers: YKK 10mm and 5mm zipper.
Padding: 15mm, closed cell Evazote® 50 foam.

Modular Shoulder Strap or Simple Shoulder Strap can be combined to this bag for cross-body carry (not included).
ASP Sling Pouches, AFP Flat Pouches, or any pouch with PALS can be hung to the internal loops using our Links or Fidlock Snaps.
ACU Packing Cubes are great to organize the load. This bag will fit 1 Large / 2 Medium cubes with room to spare.
PatchMate® can be used as a luggage tag or to add a velcro field to the pack for your patches
Shock Cords can be used inside or outside to add and organize extra load

Clean your pack with mild detergent and line dry it away from direct sunlight. Do not use fabric softeners or bleach, don’t machine wash or tumble dry it. Outer DWR treatment may wear off over time but it is easily restorable with spray coatings for outdoor gear.
